Bell Tent Hire

The Island’s Bell Tent & Tipi Tent hire service.

We supply bell tents, suitable for parties, weddings and corporate events. These popular structures are 4m diameter canvas tents, which sleep up to four with a modern style porch front and can also be fitted with storm porches. They have zip in groundsheets and can be supplied with or without furnishings and bedding. The groundsheet is covered by coconut matting or carpet and furnishing packs containing rugs, cushions, low table and led lighting are available as well as single or double bedding packs consisting of foam mattress, sheet, duvet, pillows and blanket.

We also hire out tipi tents, which are similar to bell tents, but shaped more like a tipi. They also have zip in groundsheets and coconut matting or carpet. the 5m tents sleep up to 6 and the 6m sleep up to 8.

We have accommodation and bedding to sleep up to 120 guests in shared bell tent and tipi tent accommodation and up to 300 in tipi accommodation. When booking larger quantities, a longer build time should be allowed of approximately one day per 10 structures.

Hire is a minimum of 3 nights and includes delivery, construction and dismantling. Prices shown below are for 3 night hire in Low & High Season.

5m tipi tent £150 May, June & September, £180 July & August

6m tipi tent £180, May, June & September, £220 July & August

There is a refundable damages deposit of £100 per structure required.

A site should be booked and permission to erect a tipi sought before booking the tipi.

Unfurnished tipis are supplied with groundsheet, rain catcher and floor covering. Furnishings include coloured rugs, faux sheepskin rugs, floor cushions, a small table and led lights/lantern.

Deposit of 25% required with booking. Full balance to be paid one month before your event. Payment to be made by bank transfer to Eve's Tipis, 49326703, sort 09-01-27. Please reference payment with your name and W/E hire. For payment by Paypal or debit/credit card please add 4%.

Wedding décor can also be supplied for a honeymoon tipi for an additional £50. A refundable damage deposit of £100 per order is required along with your final balance.
